Biography
Romain Grosjean is a racing driver, who holds dual nationality from France and Switzerland, but competes under a French racing licence. He was the 2007 Formula Three Euroseries drivers' champion and won the inaugural GP2 Asia Series championship in 2008. In 2010, Romain contested the inaugural FIA GT1 World Championship, winning the opening race of the season while competing in his first Le Mans 24 Hours. In 2011 he was crowned GP2 Asia Series and GP2 Series champion. He holds the unique achievements of being the only two-time GP2 Asia champion and the only two-time GP2 Asia champion and the only driver to hold both the GP2 Asia series and main GP2 series titles simultaneously.
Romain Grosjean made a return to Formula 1 with Lotus F1 Team in 2012 having previously contested the final seven Grands Prix of 2009 for Renault F1 Team. In 2012, he achieves a second place at the Grand Prix du Canada at his first partricipation. In 2013, Grosjean will return to a full-time Formula One drive with the Lotus F1 Team, alongside Kimi Räikkönen.
